Confidentiality of Online Information

STAR uses the internet to collect and report data on behalf of our survey clients and to disseminate information about our products and services.  To protect the your privacy we keep the equipment, software and access to our online data collection and reporting completely separate from web sites designed to marketing disseminate information about STAR.

If your are a survey participant, we may ask for your User ID’s and Passwords, name, mailing and email addresses, telephone and fax numbers, additional information and comments.  We do not share this information with anyone other than its intended recipient.  We only use this information for its intended purpose.

If we collect your name and contact information via one of our marketing web sites, we will use that information for communication between you and our company.  We will not sell or share the information with any other organizations without your express permission.  If you no longer want us to contact you, simply let us know by email, phone or fax.
