Project Manager
The next step of the setup process is to begin work with your project manager. Your multi-rater feedback project will be assigned to a project manager. This person’s job is see your project through to completion. He/she is a resource for you. As your point of contact and the one accountable for your project, your project manager is your support team. If you need help determining which features will make your survey most accessible, your project manager can help. If a problem should arise during your 360-degree feedback project, your project manager will make sure it is resolved.
Your project manager will serve as your point of contact throughout the process. We won’t pass you off from person to person. You won’t have to explain your situation six different times to six different people. Your project manager will ensure all of the details of your project are managed accurately. Questions, concerns, disruptions, problems can all be directed to your project manager. You will feel valued and respected throughout your 360 process. You can count on him/her to listen, communicate, and problem-solve. Our project managers are experienced, professional and courteous.
