Simple Pricing Structure
With STAR you pay a setup fee and a per report fee. The setup fee covers everything required to get your survey up and running, including: programming, creation of a report template, and the setup of online administrator tools. Any minor changes to your survey such as adding participants, extending deadlines and so forth are included in your pricing. We don’t charge you for every little adaptation. If, for some reason, major changes are needed, we will work with you to agree on pricing before we begin the work.
Once your order your reports, you are charged the agreed upon reporting fee. Many vendors charge you a fee for every individual that begins the survey. We only charge you once the reports are requested. This makes your costs very simple to predict. It also puts you in the driver’s seat. Once your survey is set up, you may offer it to as many people as you choose. Suppose the survey works very well in your Atlanta office and you would like to repeat it with your Los Angeles branch. You can launch the same survey for a new group without even calling us. When you request the reports, then we send you the invoice for those new reports. You can control your survey and its costs.
