Responsive Customer Care
STAR works with each customer independently. We understand that each organization is different. Our technology allows us to customize each customer’s survey, report and our approach to service. Some of our customers need a quick turnaround, others have lots of question. Some surveys are very large, some are quite small. Some groups launch a massive survey for their entire organization. Some like to complete one group at a time. For some of our new customers, this is their first 360 survey project. Other customers are moving from years of processing their 360 in house. Some new customers are coming from another vendor. We can work with each customer to create the perfect process for their 360-degree feedback project.

Occasionally, despite our best effort, problems arise. Sometimes they are with our technology; sometimes there are difficulties on the customer’s end of the equation. Whatever the problem, STAR gets to work immediately. One call to STAR to alert us of a problem and we are working non stop to resolve the problem. Many times we have already discovered the problem and are working on it. If a problem does occur in our system or process, we don’t just fix it for now. We work to find the root of the problem and correct it. We fix the entire process to ensure the problem doesn’t occur again.
