Understanding 360 Survey Dashboards: Participant, Rater, and Admin Perspectives

There are different types of Dashboards depending on your role in the 360 process:

Participant Dashboard:  Participant dashboards offer simple, flexible tools for survey participants.  When participants click on the link in their email invitations, they are taken directly to their personalized dashboard.  From this dashboard, participants can take their self survey, rate others, and depending on administrative settings, may also invite additional raters, check survey status, and request and download their reports.

Rater Dashboard: Rater dashboards provide a central location where raters can quickly see the list of participants they’ve been invited to rate.  When raters click on the link in their email invitations, they are taken directly to their personalized dashboard.  From here, they simply click on a participant’s name, and they’re taken directly into that person’s survey.  When they click to submit that survey, they’re taken back to their dashboard where they can see the next name, and repeat the process, until all live links on participant names are greyed out -- and they’re done.

Admin Dashboard:  Admin dashboards provide authorized client administrators with password-protected access and control over their survey administrations.  Depending on their level of access, administrators are easily able to correct bounced email addresses, view response rate reports, adjust timelines, and request and download reports.
